ELEVATED
A more individual, design-led renovation with greater freedom to reimagine your apartment. Elevated allows us to explore changes to the layout, custom joinery, tailored design details and a broader selection of higher-level finishes and materials.
Elevated is ideal for owners wanting to invest in their apartment for the long term and create a home that feels distinctly their own beautifully resolved, highly functional and considered down to the smallest detail.
2. Book your Renovation assessment
We'll visit your apartment with samples, finishes and material palettes from the Collection you selected, measure the space discuss how you live, and answer any questions. This is where we can personalise the design and talk through any additional features you'd like to include.
3. Receive Your Proposal
Following our consultation, you'll receive a detailed fixed-price proposal outlining your chosen collection, any requested upgrades and a clear scope of works, so you know exactly what's included before making a decision.
4. Planning & Body Corporate Approval
Once you're ready to proceed, we'll take care of the next steps. We'll prepare the information required for body corporate approval, coordinate the renovation timeline and schedule the works around building requirements.
5. We Bring Your Renovation to Life in 6 weeks
From demolition through to the final styling touches, our team manages every stage of your renovation. You'll have one dedicated point of contact and regular updates throughout the project.
6. Handover
Your apartment is professionally cleaned, quality checked and handed over ready to enjoy — or ready to welcome your next holiday guests.
